Michelle Alarcon is
managing member of the firm. She works on a variety of immigration matters, including family and employer petitions,
visas, residency and naturalization petitions. For over 15 years, Ms. Alarcon served as a senior corporate executive in
Los Angeles, California managing various employment related matters such as EEO compliance training, wrongful termination
and employment discrimination claims, developing employee handbooks, and counseling clients on other employment-related issues.
Ms. Alarcon representated employees before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.
