Michelle Alarcon works
on a variety of immigration matters, including family and employer petitions, visas, residency and naturalization petitions.
For over 15 years, Ms. Alarcon served as a senior corporate executive in Los Angeles, California managing various
employment related matters such as EEO compliance training, wrongful termination and employment discrimination claims, developing
employee handbooks, and counseling clients on other employment-related issues. Ms. Alarcon representated employees before
federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Her law practice now focuses on assisting employers and workers
on immigration-related matters.

Bar and Court Admissions Ms. Alarcon is admitted to the Hawaii Bar and the U.S. District Court
for the District of Hawaii. She is a member of the Hawaii State Bar and American Bar Association. Professional Experience Ms. Alarcon served as senior officer and vice-president of human resources
for several multi-state organizations in Los Angeles for over 15 years. She is a professor at Hawaii Pacific
